Cydr Arts & Craft Faire is a vibrant autumn festival held on the grounds of the Liberty Memorial in Kansas City. The festival brings together local artists, craftspeople, DIY stations, artist talks, and regional craft hard cider vendors. Its name, “Cydr,” meaning cider in Polish, is a playful nod to the Slavic heritage of Kansas City’s Strawberry Hill neighborhood.

I designed the festival’s full wayfinding system and visual identity, incorporating my own whimsical illustrations to create a fun, approachable, and engaging experience. From directional signage to vendor markers and festival maps, each element guides attendees while highlighting the creativity and celebratory spirit of the event.

I designed an intuitive festival map and companion mobile app that help guests explore the grounds with ease. The system allows visitors to navigate vendors, performances, and activities while building a personalized schedule for the day. Clear visuals, thoughtful hierarchy, and user-friendly interactions work together to create a seamless festival experience.
